It happened again.  Something really good popped up in your Facebook feed that you just had to have.  A new course, a new gadget, a preview to the next Netflix binge worthy show.

So what's the problem?

Your goal got derailed.

Again.

Dang it!  Your goal is really important to you.  You really want to keep moving forward, making progress.

But this thing, this shiny object, it seemed worthy of your time.

Perhaps it was something that was going to help you achieve your goal.

Only it didn't.  In fact, you started it, and then it fell be the wayside.

Another shiny object to add to the pile of other shiny objects.

Don't get discouraged.  Don't beat yourself up.  Shiny Object Syndrome is more common than you think.

This episode will help you know how to manage the urges, and stay on track, when temptation pops up again.
