The worst kind of unexpected thing can happen...death of a loved one.  You don’t want it to be true.  But it is.

It’s painful.  It’s overwhelming.  What do you do next?

This is what I faced last week when my Aunt Mary passed away from Covid.

Several of the members of the Men’s Feelings Matter community also experienced loss of loved ones within the same few weeks.

I’m sharing my experience, and the help I had along the way, in hopes of helping others and honoring my Aunt Mary.

Grief is part of healing.
